Reloading the entry (e.g. adding a room subentry) after HA started logged Unable to remove unknown job listener because the one-time EVENT_HOMEASSISTANT_STARTED listener was unsubscribed after it had already fired. Track it separately and clear it in the handler. Bumps version to 0.1.1.

Verified: ruff clean, pytest 39 passed.
