Adds the thermo_control custom integration: per-room virtual thermostat (mean of sensors, hysteresis demand, window delay, presets comfort/eco/away/boost, optional Schedule helper, boost switch, diagnostics sensors) and a hub driving the boiler with min on/off that defers rather than drops demand. UI config (hub entry + room subentries), en/ro translations, restore state.

Verified locally: ruff check + format clean, pytest 39 passed (HA 2026.2.3).
